I don’t care what business you happen to be in, if you want to succeed online you need a help desk and you need a way to keep in touch with your customers. That’s where XMarketer comes in. Unlike a lot of other products out there, you don’t have to pay anything once you buy it. You pay once and that’s it.
Why This is Unique
There are no end to the number of help desk products available. I personally have been using Fresh Desk. However, I am probably going to switch over to XMarketer because well, it’s a much better product. It includes the ability to do video chat with your customers and it is basically a complete package for a one time fee. At least during the launch.
What I Liked
I loved how easy the product was to use. The software is intuitive and simple to figure out and it includes an excellent on-boarding process to help you build your help desk.
What I Didn’t Like
Not much to be honest. I think the only thing I felt was missing here is the ability to integrate more directly into WordPress. A simple plugin would have been nice. However, it’s easy enough to integrate the software by just placing a bit of code into the head. You can download a plugin to help you do that.
